The Buckeye Connection has Columbus locations to serve you. One located in the Greater Columbus Convention Centers Food Court & Shops and our newest location at 1430 Olentangy River Road across from Lennox Shopping Center & Target. We Specialize in Ohio State University Souvenir Clothing & Gifts.

SHIPPING:
So we can ensure and provide our customers with the best rates and service, we primarily ship DHL ground unless priority shipping is requested at the time of purchase (Priority shipping is available for an additional charge) DHL cannot ship to a Post Office Box (P.O. Box). We ask for contact information like your phone number so we can contact you if we have any questions about your order.
PROCESSING OF YOUR ORDER:
All of our in-stock items are sent out promptly. During our peak season (football and Christmas) shipments being sent out could be delayed by up to 5 business days. NOTE: Package pickup from our store is scheduled Monday-Friday only and pick-ups do not occur during the weekend.
ALASKA & HAWAII SHIPMENTS/MILITART ADDRESSES
Shipments to the States of Alaska & Hawaii will be sent out via USPS and will require an additional charge.
Shipments addressed to United States Military or United States Armed Forces addresses (AP, AA, and AE) will be sent USPS and may require different shipping charges than those marked for USPS Ground.
LARGE AND/OR HEAVY ORDERS
Items that are large or heavy may require additional shipping charges, as well as items that are drop shipped to you directly from the companies these will be calculated in when your order is processed.
Some items that are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer may require a longer delivery time. These items usually ship in 4-6 weeks. If the item is an item that is dropped shipped to you this will be listed on the item description. PLEASE NOTE: As these items are not shipped from The Buckeye Connection, we cannot provide you with tracking number on drop shipped items all the time. But when we are able to we will pass the tracking numbers on to you.
AVAILIBILITY OF MERCHANDISE
