I Bought the Wrong Size? Or How do I Return an Item that I Bought for a Gift and they didn't Like?

Can I return my CD or DVD?

No due to copyright laws and all that legal stuff these items can only be returned for the same title only. An exchange can only be completed if the DVD/CD is still in its original packaging and not open or if it is defective. If the item is out of its original packaging then no exchange or refund can be completed.

Can I return my Big Ten 2006 T-Shirt in 2008?

No as this is a speciality clothing item that is dated we cannot accept this item any longer than 7 days after you receive your order. This policy is the same for calendars, bowl clothing, schedule t's and other items that feature and specific time or date.
